product, the App reads the product identifier to verify authenticity. No personal identity
data is collected through NFC.

device code. This is used solely to verify product authenticity.

Chat Messages: When you interact with the assistant, your messages and
responses are processed to provide the conversation feature. Conversations may be stored on
our servers to maintain chat history.
(4) Stand-In Preferences

Stand-In Settings: If you customize your stand-in (nickname, age range,
preferred topics, personality, personal message), this data is stored with your account to
personalize the experience. Stand-in settings are not used for conversation history learning
or AI model training.
(5) Subscription and Payment Information

Transaction Records: We retain records of your subscription status and Star
Credit purchases for account management purposes. Actual payment processing is handled by
Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store your credit card or payment
card details.
(6) Automatically Collected Information

Log Data: Basic technical logs such as app version, device model, operating
system, and usage patterns to improve app performance.

Crash Data: Diagnostic information to enhance the stability of the App.
2. How We Use Your Information

- To manage subscriptions, Star Credits, and in-app purchases

3. AI-Generated Content
Assistant responses are generated by artificial intelligence. We implement content filtering
to ensure responses are appropriate. Users should not rely solely on AI-generated content for
critical decisions.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share limited information with third-party service providers solely to support:
- App analytics
- Crash reporting
- AI conversation services
- Payment processing (via Apple App Store / Google Play Store)
All partners adhere to strict confidentiality and data protection requirements.

Data is stored on secure servers and retained only for as long as necessary to provide the

The App is intended only for individuals 16 years of age or older. We do not
knowingly collect or store data from anyone under 16. If we discover such data, we will delete
it promptly.

posted within the App and on our website. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes
